Following the launch of our new AI OCR service, We here at Black Box decided to test out the enhanced OCR (text searchable) results within Microsoft's flagship AI service, CoPilot.
We scanned one set of sample HR forms/files and processed them twice. Once with a standard OCR engine and then again with the enhanced AI OCR engine. As expected the AI results were outstanding.
What the following video highlights, is how much more useful legacy data may now be when using AI technology, especially if the legacy files/forms being scanned, contain vast amounts of handwritten data which was previously unsearchable.
