Pricing for Shared Accounts/Services for Multiple Users/Teams– All files securely stored within the Scout Ai branded server located within the UK. – This is a shared resource service. Users can Securely Share, Control, Access and Create shared folders via a Group Admin Account:
 
Users can upload an UNLIMITED number of document files as well SRAC (Search Retrieve Analyse and Create) an UNLIMITED number of files using Ai.
Document file types supported (DOC, XLS, CSV, PDF, PPT, MSG, EML, JPG, PNG, TIFF, TXT, RTF)

All Multi User Account Packages are Invoiced Monthly in advance:
​​2 user account - £250 one off set up fee plus £38 (£19 per user) per month
3 user account - £250 one off set up fee plus £57 (£19 per user) per month
​4 user account - £250 one off set up fee plus £76 (£19 per user) per month
5 user account - £250 one off set up fee plus £95 (£19 per user) per month 
10 user account - £250 one off set up fee plus £185 (18.50 per user) per month 
15 user account - £250 one off set up fee plus £270 (£18 per user) per month 
20 user account - £250 one off set up fee plus £350 (£17.50 per user) per month
30 user account - £250 one off set up fee plus £510 (£17 per user) per month
40 user account - £250 one off set up fee plus £660 (£16.50 per user) per month
50 user account - £250 one off set up fee plus £800 (£16 per user) per month
