An account creation email along with an emailed VAT invoice will be automatically sent upon successful payment being received. Please allow up to 20 mins.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Scout Ai will be made immediately available to users upon successful payment being received and their account creation email being activated. Users can utilise the Ai functionality as well as upload files, however, users should be aware that subject to the data volumes being uploaded that it may take approx. 24 hrs before bulk uploads are available to search using Scout Ai. Individual files may be uploaded directly to Scout Ai to be analysed immediately - See Quick Set Up Videos

Users/Organisations wishing either to create multiple user/team shared access accounts or are looking to upload unrestricted file types will need to contact Black Box with regards to setting up a dedicated service to enable this - Please Contact Us to discuss further.
